MV Block Test — NOT see ads IF MV parses the time component (expires ~6h from now ET). If MV ignores the time and only reads the date (2026-03-30 = tomorrow), it will also block.
data-expires-at set to 2026-03-30T01:00:00 — testing if MV accepts ISO datetime. If it does, this blocks until 1 AM ET March 30 (~6h from now). If MV only reads the date portion (March 30 = tomorrow), it blocks until midnight ET March 30 (~5h from now). Either way should currently block.
